The Port Arthur Convention & Visitors Bureau is excited to bring Mardi Gras Port Arthur to downtown Port Arthur for a family-friendly, three-day celebration supported by the City of Port Arthur.
Applications must be submitted to the Port Arthur Convention & Visitors Bureau for approval. We will notify your approval via email. Contact details are within the documents.
