Paddle Sea Rim’s Marsh Unit
Paddle trails are marked for beginners, intermediates and advanced kayakers who may rent or bring kayaks for a 2-, 3- or 9-mile route through the bird-filled marsh.

Big Thicket Association Neches River Adventures
Public eco tours March through November; charter trips year round
The crew of the Ivory Bill, a covered excursion boat, will take visitors along the history-filled Neches River, From Riverfront Park in Beaumont . Adventure programs offer outdoor labs.
The area is home to more than 200 tree species, 47 mammals, 300 birds and many reptiles and amphibians.
