FUMC’s 64-pipe organ a first for Methodist church in Texas  

In 1877 the areas’ Methodists and Baptists built a communal site and soon the Methodists had two churches. Architect Rex Goode designed the current building, which opened doors in 1968. The Gothic Arch is a theme throughout the church, which features a 1942 Aeolian-Skinner 64-pipe organ.
