Sabine Showdown Fishing Tournament

Lamar State College-Port Arthur will present Sabine Showdown Fishing Tournament on Sabine Lake. The waters in Southeast Texas and Southwest Louisiana will be filled with money again as the annual Sabine Showdown Fishing Tournament gets underway. The tournament is sponsored by Golden Pass LNG and Motiva. Look for payouts in three categories: heaviest redfish stringer, heaviest flounder stringer, and heaviest trout stringer.
Captain’s dinner will be Sept. 5 and the tournament will be Sept. 7.
