Port Arthur Holiday Parade; Family Day

Celebrate the Season in Port Arthur!
The city of Port Arthur will host its annual Holiday Parade and invites everyone to join in.
The route will go along Procter Street and end at Houston Avenue. The event will conclude with a Quasquicentennial tree lighting at 6 p.m.
