Groves Gets in the Spirit
When Groves has a parade, you’ll want to join in. The holiday spirit in this town, neighboring Port Arthur, overflows.
The parade will begin at 39th Street at Cleveland Avenue, head west on 39th St., then will travel to 39th Street to Gulf Avenue. For information, call the Groves Chamber of Commerce at 962-3631.
