What’s the Fourth of July without a big bang?

Catch the city of Port Arthur’s fireworks display over the water and wear your red, white and blue.

Lamar State College-Port Arthur is planning activities to celebrate the Fourth of July.

Activities around the Carl A. Parker Multipurpose Center will include D.. Kevia, drinks, a gaming truck, face painting, bounce house, axe throwing, food and an obstacle course.

The fireworks show will begin at 9 p.m. Watch from the seawall.
