Parks and Recreation Fall Festival
Want to paint a pumpkin, or your face? The city of Port Arthur’s Parks and Recreation Department will host its annual Fall Festival to celebrate a change of season. Bring the family to an event designed for youth ages 4-12. Activities are from 4 to 8 p.m. and the costume contest will begin at 5:30 p.m. One must be present to win.
