Senator Carl Parker’s Memoir
Museum of the Gulf Coast will host a book signing for “Turtle on a Post: Memoir of Texas State Senator Carl Parker” The family book signing and reception for the book, stories told to Jim Sanderson, will be from 3 to 5 p.m. Saturday, Sept. 7, 2024.

Sanderson is writer-in-residence at Lamar University.
