Life’s A Beach!
All the green, purple and gold excitement of Mardi Gras is coming to our area. Mardi Gras of Southeast Texas will feature food, music, parading and more Feb. 28 – March 2, 2025 at Doggett Ford Park. The 2025 theme is “Life’s A Beach.” Look for KidzLand, wiener dog races, a block party on the plaza, masquerade balls, several marquee concerts and more. On the menu: king cakes, funnel cakes, gumbo, crawfish, etc. Enjoy art, crafts and novelty vendors.
This event started in Port Arthur, which is now the official Cajun Capital of Texas. Events benefit non-profits serving the Port Arthur area. For more information, check here.
