Port Arthur Convention & Visitors Bureau will present information on native plants families can grow to attract birds, why you should keep cats indoors and use stickers to prevent bird strikes and keep lights out for migration.

Look for lots of bird-themed activity and information on birding at Sabine Woods and Sea Rim State Park.
