Holiday fun in Groves

Join a community tradition at the Dec. 2 tree lighting.

The Groves Beautification Committee will present the city-wide Christmas Tree lighting at 6 p.m. Friday, Dec. 2, at Celebration Park, on the corner of Lincoln Avenue and Coolidge Street. The Groves Elementary Travel Choir will perform carols and youth of Immaculate Conception Catholic Church will present a live Nativity scene. Santa will get everyone’s list, said Sara Erwin, president of the committee.
