KCS Holiday Express

From engine to caboose, the KCS Holiday Express brings holiday spirit to Port Arthur. The public can climb aboard beginning at 4 p.m. Thursday, Dec. 8. The 6-car train brings Santa Claus and his elves to communities throughout the company’s U.S. rail network at scheduled stops. Guests may visit with Santa Claus and walk through three cars filled with holiday displays. Cars feature a smiling tank car named Rudy; a flatcar carrying Santa’s sleigh, reindeer and a miniature village; a gingerbread boxcar; the elves’ workshop; a reindeer stable; and a little red caboose.
