DESCRIPTION:Rotary Taste of Gumbo encourages sampling one of Port Arthur’s favorite dishes for a good cause. \nDo you love gumbo? We sure do! The Taste of Gumbo raises funds to impact our local community through grants. Rotary Club of Port Arthur will be having a Gumbo Cook-Off with more than  25 different restaurants battle it out to see who has the BEST tasting gumbo in ALL of Southeast Texas! \nTickets are $10 in advance from Rotary Members (call (409) 985-7822 for information) or $15 at the door. \nBut that is not ALL! \nLook for:\n🔸 Megatronix’s Laser Tag & Archery Tag\n🔹 TONS of Door Prizes\n🔸 Silent Auction Items\n🔹 LIVE Music & Entertainment\n🔸 Fun Activities For Kids Of ALL Ages\n🔹 Many More Surprises To Come\n🔸 Photobooth \nThe Rotary Club is a service club with a belief\, commitment and a motto of Service Above Self. \nFor more than 30 years the Rotary Club of Port Arthur has served the Greater Port Arthur area through grants funded by our yearly Taste of Gumbo fundraiser and many other events. \nPrevious Grants have benefited the following: \nCollege Scholarships and Leadership Development\nCapland Speech Therapy Center\nCommunity Care-Prayer Outreach\nUnited Board of Missions\nSalvation Army\nmany other programs……
