Lucian Adams Blvd. at Ninth Avenue\, with time for confessions starting at 8:15 a.m.  Pilgrims start the journey after Mass to visit Port Arthur’s two Shrines of the Blessed Virgin Mary\, stopping at holy sites along the 5-mile path to arrive about 3:30 p.m. at the Queen of Peace Shrine\, 800 Ninth Ave. A Bishop David Toups blessing and group photo follows. \nThe Year’s Theme\nBuilding the Kingship of Christ. Vendors and cultural programs are part of the festival. \nThe event will be from 8:30 a.m. to 11 p.m. Saturday and from 8:30 a.m. to 7 p.m. Sunday. On Saturday music will be from 5 to 11 p.m. and on Sunday music will be from noon to 5 p.m. \nThe Rev.
