Join the community in raising the stars and stripes. The event will be at 10:30 a.m. on June 18\, the day before Juneteenth. Gather at the Jefferson County Sub-Courthouse\, 525 Lakeshore Drive. \nBecause this is near our beautiful seawall\, look out to the waters to check for seagoing vessels. \nLibrary display\nWant to learn more? After you attend the flag raising\, next head to the Port Arthur Public Library. They will present a Juneteenth display throughout the month.
